The project included nearly six months of compaction grouting including 150,000 c.f. of low-slump grout was injected throughout the 130,000 s.f. facility. The former Montgomery Wards was completed gutted and renovated including completely new MEP systems, hardscape, landscape, elevators, vermaport, finishes, and fixtures. The store is the largest non-grocery format Target in the United States. $17,500,000
  • MSE Retaining Wall Division - November 2002 to September 2004 - Project Manager for WCGC's Wall Division. Responsible for contracts, accounting, and day to day management for all division projects. 8,500,000
  • Raze and Dispose of Capri Hotel for the new San Diego Federal Courthouse - March 2004 to July 2004 - Project Manager for the demolition of the former Capri Hotel. Work included demolition of the three story building, grading the lot and asphalt surfacing.
