Air Defense Support Complex, MCAS Camp Pendleton, Oceanside,
California - $9,450,000
West Coast General completed this 88,000 square foot, multi-building
training and simulation complex for the United States Navy two
months ahead of schedule. The various buildings consisted of flight
simulation, computer classrooms, vehicle maintenance facilities
and guard houses. A new 2.5 mile road was constructed while maintaining
uninterrupted daily traffic loads to the training site.

Landing Craft Air Cushion, MCAS Camp Pendleton - $7,650,000
West Coast General served as General Contractor on this unique
mix of civil engineering and building construction. The 58,000
square foot structure housed Navy LCAC hovercraft. The concrete
aprons provided transition surfaces from the waters of the Pacific
Ocean to the beach heads of the southern California coast. The
project was completed on time and with minimal budget excess.

Beech Towers
Senior Housing Condominium, San Diego, California - $18,100,000
West Coast
General provided full construction management services for this
seven story, mid-rise condominium project in downtown San Diego.
The masonry-clad steel structure housed twin central plant HVAC
systems. A two-tiered parking structure formed the buildings constrained
footprint making the technical and logistical aspects of design
and construction a challenge. West Coast General's team successfully
met these challenges.

Comfort
Inn Hotel, Sacramento, California - $16,150,000
West Coast
General performed complete construction management and construction
services for the completion of this hotel. Initial plans where
provided at 60% complete. West Coast General=s team brought all
preconstruction activities to 100% and served as General Contractor
through turnkey completion.

Rams Hill
Santa Fe and Casitas, Borrego Springs, California - $8,350,000
West Coast
General served as Construction Manager and General Contractor
for Phase III of the Santa Fe custom homes and Casitas condominiums
at Rams Hill Resort in Borrego Springs, California. The ten Santa
Fe custom homes fronted the Ted Robinson designed golf course
and featured traditional early southwestern architecture. The
50 Casitas condominiums were similarly situated and styled to
accent the Rams Hill theme. Phase III was completed ahead of the
planned schedule and within the owner=s budgetary constraints.

Hillside
Office Building, Mission Valley, California - $14,300,000
West Coast
General served as General Contractor for Hillside Partners in
the coordination of this 92,000 square foot steel structure over
multi-level parking. Site conditions required extensive shoring
and logistical planning to insure timely completion. Grand opening
dates were met on the fast track scheduling required by the partners.

and Alteration of Edward J. Schwartz Federal Office Building and
Courthouse, San Diego, California - $7,200,000
This General
Services Administration project consisted of renovating and improving
various building systems including replacement of HVAC systems,
electrical upgrades, ceiling replacement and interior space alteration
in the Edward J. Schwartz Federal Office Building and Courthouse.
As General Contractor, West Coast General overcame obstacles such
as heavy tenant coordination, after-hours work, and ever-changing
heightened security requirements to provide a safe, energy-efficient,
healthy and secure environment for the tenants and the public.

Ammunition Magazine construction, restroom rehabilitation, epoxy
